One note of interest. I find it deceiving that on the TTC website, they say, "New TTC-35 Master Development Plan unveiled." It would be more appropriate to say something to the effect of, "Secret sections of our exclusive agreement with a foreign entity revealed as a result of public outcry and being told to do so by the courts after lots ot time stalling and hopefully not with enough time before the election to damage Governor Perry."
